So what is Google Analytics?

Google Analytics is a web analytics service by Google that help you to track and report your website traffic. As I have said it is absolutely free, for everybody to use and improve their digital platforms such as your websites, mobile applications etc.

I plan to write about this tool in future and offer tutorials via YouTube as time goes by. However I will just showcase the tool at a glance in this article; I have been working on my site Tech Handyman since the 7th of August and in the last week 27th August 2022 to 2nd September 2022 went live.

I integrated the Google tag to track my progress. As can be seen on the attached document(report) I attracted about 19 users within the first week. The report goes further to show where these visitors where from, average time they spend on the site etc.

I plan to improve on these 19 users and gain more- maybe triple the traffic within the next 3 weeks. I will start by working on the website health, and improve on the SEO. (You can read more about Website Health at — [How Vigorous Is Your Website].
